          Our Firm has significant real estate experience.  We can take your through a real estate transaction from start to finish.  If you do not have a realtor involved in your sale, we can prepare your contract, provide the necessary title checks, and close your transaction.  If you do have a realtor involved, we can provide the necessary title checks, and can act as closing agent for your transaction.

          We have experience to help you set up a Land Contract Sale or similar transactions where the Buyer can pay you over a period of years.

          The firms Partners are both licensed Title Insurance Agents and the firm also has a Partner that is a licensed Abstractor.

          We can also help you if you need to Foreclose on a delinquent borrower that has executed a Mortgage or Deed of Trust.
