Mediation
Bruce Dalluge has been an attorney for over 35 years. He has handled a variety of civil and probate matters including, Divorce/Property Settlement/Child Support/Alimony, Real Estate, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Estates/Trusts, Contract Disputes, Landlord/Tenants, Agriculture, and numerous other practice areas. With this broad experience, Bruce has the knowledge to help parties mediate their disputes rather than pursuing a resolution through the long and expensive legal system. Bruce holds certificates from the Nebraska Supreme Court’s Dispute Resolution Office in Basic Mediation, Restorative Justice, Family Law Mediation and Specialized Alternative Dispute Resolution. Mediation is available for parties who are represented by an attorney and for those individuals who represent themselves. Many individuals wish to try and resolve their disputes without retaining legal counsel. Mediation may be an alternative for those individuals to work out their differences without having to retain an attorney. The mediation process is a non-adversarial process that can help resolve a single issue or can be used to resolve all issues of conflict between the parties. In cases such as Divorce and/or Custody, mediation can be used by the parties to resolve all of their issues outside of Court and can often save the expense and stress of a long contested Court process. The Mediation can be conducted at Bruce’s office in Tecumseh, Nebraska, or at other locations as agreed. The costs to mediate a case are very reasonable. Call Mr. Dalluge’s office to get more information on the process and the costs.
